It used to be that whenever someone brought up <a href="http://blueicepool.com/the-inflatable-pool-the-thrifty-man%E2%80%99s-pool/"title="" >inflatable pools people would instantly think of a tiny little inflatable swimming pool not much bigger than a bath tub. But now, what with stores like Target and Toys R Us trying to capitalize on summer fun, inflatable pools have grown to be massive behemoths of rubber and water. If you don’t have enough money or room to get a pool installed in your backyard but still want to delight your kids and their friends with some fun in the sun, think about getting an inflatable pool. You could even get some camping sleeping bags out in the yard and make it a party that goes into the night!

Look at this large inflatable pool.

Inflatable Pools are Cost-Effective

Inflatable pools are incredibly inexpensive. For less than three hundred dollars you can get a 12’ by 30” inflatable pool that holds up to ten people! Of course, you might not be able to do much swimming around in a pool that size but you’ll definitely be able to sit back and enjoy the cool water and warm sun.

Above ground pools will cost you an arm and a leg and don’t give you much more room than an inflatable pool would and <a href="http://blueicepool.com/types-of-inground-pools/"title="" >inground pools require a major investment in time, space and money. If you’re just looking for a cheap way to get wet without heading to your nearest beach, an inflatable pool will get the job done.

This is an inflatable kids pool.

Inflate Your Pool Just About Anywhere

One of the nice things about inflatable pools is that they are portable. It only takes about an hour to inflate and fill up a good inflatable pool so you can bring them out to where you might be going. Your kids want to play in the pool but you have to go visit the grandparents? No problem! Bring your inflatable pool along with you and you’ll be able to kill two birds with one stone.

There’s nothing cooler than bringing pool inflatables out to the beach. You can have fun in the ocean’s waters for a little while and then come back to your patch of sand and soak in fresh water. When you can bring the pool to you there is really nothing you can’t do.

Remember Safety First

The only problem with inflatable pools is that people tend to regard them as toys rather than bodies of water. You need to remember that even though inflatable pools look like they could cause no harm, they are just as dangerous as a regular pool.

Never leave your children unattended around an inflatable pool and always follow good pool etiquette when you are playing in an inflatable pool. Be safe, have fun, and make sure to bring a bunch of inflatable <a href="http://blueicepool.com/three-must-have-pool-toys/"title="" >pool toys and inflatable pool slides to go along with your inflatable swimming pool.
